Cancellation/No Show Policy

• At least 48 hours notice to be given for cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.
• Failure to attend your appointment will result in 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.
